Dado que el motor de combusti\u00f3n genera \u00fanicamente electricidad y el veh\u00edculo es impulsado 100 % por un motor el\u00e9ctrico de alta potencia, es posible disfrutar de la experiencia de conducci\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico (VE). e-POWER ha mejorado su rendimiento desde su lanzamiento al mercado japon\u00e9s en 2016. El nuevo motor turboalimentado de 1.5 litros (de nombre c\u00f3digo ZR15DDTe) emplea el concepto STARC<sup>1<\/sup> propiedad de Nissan, el cual eleva la eficiencia t\u00e9rmica al 42 % al estabilizar la combusti\u00f3n en el cilindro. Un elemento clave del concepto STARC es minimizar la turbulencia del flujo de aire desde el puerto de admisi\u00f3n hacia la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n, generando as\u00ed un fuerte flujo de aire en remolino. Los ingenieros abordaron este desaf\u00edo desarrollando e implementando un nuevo asiento de v\u00e1lvula con tecnolog\u00eda de pulverizaci\u00f3n fr\u00eda<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sup>1<\/sup>STARC (Strong Tumble &amp; Appropriately Stretched Robust ignition Channel) es un concepto de combusti\u00f3n anunciado en 2021 que ofrece una eficiencia t\u00e9rmica impresionante.<br><sup>2<\/sup>La pulverizaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo es una tecnolog\u00eda de recubrimiento que consiste en aplicar metales en polvo a velocidades supers\u00f3nicas para formar una capa s\u00f3lida. Desde la d\u00e9cada del 2000, se ha adoptado ampliamente en la industria aeroespacial, la energ\u00eda, la maquinaria pesada, el petr\u00f3leo y el gas, y otras industrias manufactureras, lo que ofrece ventajas en t\u00e9rminos de fiabilidad y calidad. Recientemente, ha cobrado relevancia por sus aplicaciones m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del tratamiento de superficies, incluyendo la fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image dise\u00f1o del puerto de admisi\u00f3n se ve limitado por la necesidad de asientos de v\u00e1lvula sinterizados y ajustados a presi\u00f3n, lo que limita la capacidad de optimizar la forma del puerto para un flujo de pulverizaci\u00f3n ideal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, un novedoso asiento de v\u00e1lvula que utiliza tecnolog\u00eda de pulverizaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo permite aplicar un recubrimiento directamente sobre la superficie de la culata mediante una aleaci\u00f3n a base de cobre, lo que elimina la necesidad de un componente de asiento de v\u00e1lvula independiente y permite class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Proceso de aplicaci\u00f3n de recubrimientos por pulverizaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo para asientos de v\u00e1lvulas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo asiento de v\u00e1lvula se produce aplicando polvos met\u00e1licos dis\u00edmiles a velocidad supers\u00f3nica sobre la superficie de la culata de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio, formando un recubrimiento robusto y duradero que se adhiere firmemente sin fundir el material base. Este proceso evita la formaci\u00f3n excesiva de compuestos intermet\u00e1licos y microhuecos (porosidad), comunes en los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de soldadura por fusi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, en comparaci\u00f3n con m\u00e9todos similares, su mayor conductividad t\u00e9rmica permite un mejor rendimiento de refrigeraci\u00f3n alrededor de las v\u00e1lvulas. Como resultado, los recubrimientos por pulverizaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo presentan una adhesi\u00f3n, durabilidad y fiabilidad superiores, cualidades cruciales para los asientos de v\u00e1lvulas de motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso incorpora una aleaci\u00f3n a base de cobre, sin cobalto y especialmente desarrollada, con una excelente conductividad t\u00e9rmica. El proceso incorpora boquillas de desarrollo propio, inspiradas en las t\u00e9cnicas de pulido desarrolladas en la producci\u00f3n de moldes de forja.
